This is a great model.
One thing i did was adding a metallic screen, a little bit bigger than a mosquito net, which i fixed with screws and bolts at the bottom of the composter to block any mice or chipmunks from entering it... It costs me less than $5 to do that, don't buy the net they are upselling, you can do it for a lot cheaper like i did.
We are more than happy with this model, it is a bit expensive but it works amazingly well, 2-3 mths in, we already have compost and looking forward to spread it in our garden this Fall and next Spring.
